Fiz Stape (played by Jennie McAlpine) has been a Coronation Street staple for two decades, but she is set to move to the other side of the country when a job offer arises.
In upcoming scenes, Jenny Bradley (Sally Ann Matthews) puts on a spread to celebrate King Charles III's Coronation.
After listening to Stephen Reid's (Todd Boyce) chat with Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies), Beth Tinker (Lisa George) reports back to the factory workers that Owen is looking to outsource - but what will this mean for them?
Beth later tells soap villain Stephen she would be interested in applying for the new supervisor role based in Norwich, prompting Fiz to reveal Kirk Sutherland (Andy Whymert) is missing her.

So Stephen calls Fiz into the office and offers her the supervisor role in East Anglia, telling her it will be double her current salary.
Fiz has some contemplating to do and speaks to Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) about the offer and he believes she should take it.
Following their conversation, Fiz starts packing her suitcase for a new life in Norwich.

Her colleagues offer Fiz their full support before she bids a tearful farewell to her children and Tyrone.
Will the Coronation Street character return to Weatherfield later down the line or will Norwich be her forever home?
Could a new life away from her loved ones prove to be to difficult despite the promise of a healthy pay rise?
In reality, Fiz actress Jennie is going on maternity leave as she is pregnant with her third child.
When she appeared on Loose Women earlier this year, the actress said she wanted to keep the baby's gender a surprise until the birth.
Jennie announced her pregnancy to fans in January, telling OK! Magazine: "It just feels really nice. We're so over the moon.
"The thought of adding to our family mix and chaos was the best Christmas present! I'm really excited for 2023 – it'll be a special one."
The baby was due around Easter weekend and fans are patiently waiting for any updates from Jennie.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV at 8pm.
