- 2000 – Women's Golf – The Duke women's golf team took home the team title at the 2000 College Golf Foundation (CGF) National Intercollegiate Match Play Championships presented by Rolex with a tie breaking victory over No. 8 seed Georgia. Both teams finished play even at 2.5-2.5 and Duke, the No. 2 seed, won the team title by virtue of winning more holes during the final round match. The Blue Devils won eight holes to Georgia's three. All matches were played at the West Bay Club in Estero, Fla.
- 2018 – Men's Basketball – After starting the 2018-19 season 2-0, the Duke men's basketball team vaulted to No. 1 in that week's Associated Press poll. - 2019 – Men's Golf – Adrien Pendaries rose to the top of the men's collegiate golf individual rankings, as the then-junior was ranked No. 1 by both Golfweek and Golfstat in the latest ratings. Pendaries owned an ACC-leading stroke average of 69.56 through three stroke events in the fall of 2019, finishing seventh or better in each, along with an impressive 5-1 record in two match play events for the fifth-ranked Blue Devils.

Sophomore goalkeeper Justin Papadakis made two key saves and freshman Mike Grella netted the game-winner in the sixth round of the shootout to clinch the game for the Blue Devils.
- 2015 – Men's Cross Country – Duke redshirt senior Shaun Thompson placed second overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships in Charlottesville, Va., to secure a berth into the NCAA National Championships a week later. - 2013 – Women's Cross Country – The 28th-ranked Duke women's cross country team earned a fourth-place standing at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships in Charlottesville, Va. Graduate student Juliet Bottorff finished fourth overall to claim her fourth career All-Region honor, while junior Carolyn Baskin reached All-Region status for the first time with a 24th-place result.
