STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Neal D’Orio helped build his family’s pizzeria brick by golden brick in Travis. Now, after 49 years, the pizzaiolo say it’s time for he and his wife, Periann, to close Pizza D’Oro. The final day will be July 30.
