LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Two drivers were seriously injured in a crash on the exit ramp of I-75 at Luckett Road in Lee County.
The crash happened around 4:20 p.m. on Monday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The 79-year-old man driving the pickup truck was stopped at the bottom of the northbound exit ramp at Luckett Road where there was a stop sign. Troopers said the 20-year-old man driving the other car involved was heading east on Luckett Road in the inside lane.
The pickup truck driver made a left turn and violated the other car’s right of way, crash investigators said. The front of the car hit the side of the pickup truck.
